Daum est une cristallerie lorraine fondée en 1878 à Nancy par Jean Daum. Les ateliers Daum ont formé quelques-uns des grands noms de l’Art nouveau en France : Jacques Grüber, Henri Bergé, Almaric Walter, ainsi que les frères Schneider qui y firent leurs débuts.
Le savoir-faire de l’entreprise Daum est inscrit à l’Inventaire du patrimoine culturel immatériel en France. Elle a obtenu le label « Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant » qui distingue les entreprises françaises aux savoir-faire artisanaux et industriels d’excellence.
